INS Delhi is the lead ship of the class of guided-missile destroyers of the Indian navy. It was commissioned on November 15, 1997, with this class being among the largest warships to be designed and built in India. The High Command of the Navy Zone 3 receives Indian naval soldiers at Tien Sa Port in Da Nang. During the course of their stay Indian officers and crew members will pay courtesy visits to leaders of Da Nang, as well as the High Command of the Navy Zone 3. Local authorities and people offer incense and lay a wreath at the President Ho Chi Minh Temple in Soc Trang province to celebrate his 133rd birthday this year. Ca Mau City has up to seven  President Ho Chi Minh Temples, with the one in Ward 1 considered the largest of its kind. Many locals and tourists visit the site each year to express gratitude to the late president. The President Ho Chi Minh Temple in Ngoc Hien district was built on September 10, 1969, eight days after his death. It is the first built in Ca Mau City. Japanese artists introduced Kyogen, the first comedic art form in Japan with a history of 650 years to Vietnamese audiences. The UNESCO-recognised World Cultural Heritage mainly describes the daily life of ordinary people in the middle age. The event is also part of the Ha Nam Culture and Tourism Week held from May 14 to May 20 which will see a wide range of activities, including art performances, a firework show, afirst hot air-balloon festival, and a trade fair displaying. In 2022, the Ha Nam People’s Committee and the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam successfully organised and an exchange programme on Kyogen and Cheo singing traditional art.
