The signing took place after a meeting between Dien and Al Zeyoudi during the Vietnamese minister’s recent working visit to the UAE, according to VNA. This year’s edition, titled ‘Land, Rivers, and Mountains Create a Strip – Hope for Victory’ is one of Vietnam’s largest cycling tourneys. According to Nguyen Phuong Nga, Brazil, and Vietnam has traditional, longstanding cooperation and friendship. President Ho Chi Minh spent several years in Rio de Janeiro (a city in Brazil) on his journey to find a method to liberate the country.
