Vietnamese choreographer Tan Loc debuts contemporary ballet ‘Senzen’

Jointly organized by Arabesque Vietnam and performance art theater Saigon Concert, the gig is scheduled for December 16 and 17 at the Municipal Theater, also known as the Saigon Opera House, in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City. The Ro Mam’s largest festival is the barn-opening ceremony held at the end of the year when all harvested rice is brought to the barn in the field. A new rice ceremony of the K’Ho S’re ethnic people in Lam Dong province draws plenty of attention from both locals and tourists. Bank worker creates Ho Chi Minh City’s largest hydroponic farm

Tuan was impressed by his experience working on land appraisal for the bank, which made him realize the challenges that farmers often face due to unfavorable weather conditions. In addition, with the shrinking land area for farming in Ho Chi Minh City every year, there is a clear need for an agricultural model that can yield high-quality products and high yields. These situations motivated Tuan to research farming and establish his own hydroponic vegetable farm, which can produce up to five times more than traditional growing methods. “After leaving my stable job and income to pursue farming, I faced great pressure from my family, but my passion drove me to ignore their concerns,” Tuan shared. Many cultural, artistic, culinary and entertainment activities, within the framework of the Friendship Street Vietnam – Korea Festival 2022, attracted tens of thousands of Hanoians and tourists.  Local visitors attend the festival on December 11. Indian Businesses Present Computer Lab for Disadvantaged Children in Hanoi

Source: INCHAM Hanoi The Indian Business Chamber in Hanoi (INCHAM Hanoi) on December 10 has launched a Digital Lab for all the children in the Hanoi-based Birla Children’s Village with support from the Embassy of India in Hanoi. Giving the opening speech at the ceremony, INCHAM Hanoi Chairman Harish Taparia said that for over a decade, INCHAM has been organizing annual donations to support the children at Birla Village with food and daily utilities. However, after the critical period of the extended lockdown of Covid-19, children desperately need computers for studying online. For this reason, INCHAM decided to install INCHAM Digital Lab at Birla Children’s Village, which will be equipped with 25 computers and three printers. Archaeological artifacts unearthed at Thang Long Imperial Citadel displayed in France

The event is part of cooperation between the Thang Long-Hanoi Heritage Conservation Centre and the city of Provins to mark 10 years and 20 years since the Thang Long Imperial Citadel and the medieval city of Provins were recognised as World Heritage Sites by the United United Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), respectively. Coming to the exhibition due to last until the end of December 2023, visitors will have a chance to learn about the citadel through panels presented in English, Vietnamese and French, as well as leaflets, books and souvenirs.
